He pursues decision-making in an informed, systematic, and evidence-based manner.

Jennifer Bikow | Director

Dr. Jennifer Bikow’s passion for primary care and commitment to my patients and community led her to run for the Board. As a Physician Director, she plans to collaborate with team members to improve the quality of primary care in our community by identifying areas of need as well as promoting the Patient’s Medical Homes. Currently practicing out of Medical Express, she has experience in primary care, assisted living practices, and as a preceptor. Dr. Nkechi Ozoka values a team and a comprehensive approach to patient-centred care, which led to her original run for the Board. After her first three-year term, she stood for re-election and is keen to continue her work with the Board, including collaborating with stakeholders of the PCN, as she is inspired to promote the objectives of the PCN, especially maintaining and promoting the Patient’s Medical Home model. A U.K.-trained family physician, Dr. Ozoka completed her residency in South London — giving her experience and insight into the socioeconomic disparities urban communities may face — and now practices at Medical Express.
