The Calgary Student Run Clinic (SRC) needs physicians 

The Calgary SRC provides after-hours care for marginalized populations at the Mustard Seed Wellness Centre and the YWCA.

We deal with a variety of clients that face challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, fleeing domestic violence, and addictions. Clinics run evenings from one to two times a week from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. The clinic is also a unique opportunity for University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine students to learn how to run a clinic and gain a clinical bedside education. Students work under the supervision of a physician to assess and manage patients.

We are looking to expand our clinic hours and are recruiting physicians to help. You would be overseeing the medical students as they take histories, perform physical exams, and determine the assessment/management plan for each patient.
