She will do an initial consultation to discuss eligibility, management, patient commitment, and monitoring. If patients are eligible and agreeable to the regimen, she will see them for specific monitoring and the prescription refill going forward every three months.
A prescription from a designated prescriber is completely covered through Alberta Health for your patient if they do not have private insurance.
Dr. Ahn accepts referral for this specific concern but is unable to take unattached patients on as general family practice patients.
