Contact usBeautiful clinic space available in organized and welcoming office in southwest Calgary! Could accommodate one FT or more than one PT physician. Each physician allotted two exam rooms and a charting workspace during clinic time.
The clinic is also looking for family practice locum coverage for the summer. Clinic staff and other physicians are very approachable and supportive. The last two summers we had one locum covering two part-time practices (as well as a few days of another full-time practice) which seemed to keep the locum adequately busy but not overwhelmed! Lots of opportunity to meet with physicians prior to the start of locum to learn the EMR (Accuro), how the clinic works, and to answer any other questions!
The ideal weeks of coverage would be the first week of July (2 – 5), two weeks at the end of July/beginning of August (July 22 – Aug. 2), and the third week of August (Aug. 19 – 23) though we would also be willing to also take off the week of Aug. 26 – 30 to turn that window into a two week block! Would love to have any coverage during those times (even part-time), so please reach out if you would like to discuss further!
Must be licensed to work in Alberta by the time of the locum!
Space completely renovated in 2018. Physician and patient parking and ramp access. Autoclave and vaccine fridge on site. Member of the Calgary West Central PCN, with access to after-hours clinic, social worker, dietitian, PCN mental health clinicians, and more. Clinic uses Accuro EMR.
Lunchroom and strip mall across the street with restaurants, COBS, Starbucks, and Shoppers.
Family physicians, low risk maternity physicians and a gynecologist already working at the clinic, and currently have MOA staffing from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
