Breast Cancer Supportive Care accepting referrals 

Breast Cancer Supportive Care, a CWC PCN member clinic, is committed to helping patients navigate the many challenges that arise from a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. We also support individuals at high risk for breast cancer as they evaluate options for surveillance and risk reduction.

We are located at Westside Medical 110, 1923 17th Ave. S.W. Calgary, AB T2T 0G1.

Timely consultation appointments are available with one of our five physicians: Dr. Carla Montgomery, Dr. Stephanie Kubik, Dr. Carrie Abrahamson, Dr. Sydney Pearson, or Dr. Naomi Rittberg.

Referrals from physicians, nurses and community health programs, as well as patients themselves are welcome.
