As the new year dawns, thank you for being part of our PCN, engaging with our programs and services, and making a difference in the lives of your patients.

From after-hours care to programs for mental health, seniors, and chronic disease, our PCN’s programs will continue to provide additional care and support for your patients so they can live their healthiest lives.

We are hard at work on new programs — physiotherapy with a new working group with members and dietitian support — and improving existing services.
