Printed vision, eye care patient information

At no cost to you, the Alberta Association of Optometrists will print and distribute informational resources for patients to clinics.

We are collecting order requests from our members in an online form.

There is a limit of 100 copies of each resource per clinic, so please coordinate with your colleagues and staff when placing an order.

The deadline to submit an order is Tuesday, April 11. The association will distribute the ordered resources, and we do not have a confirmed delivery date.
