Our Panel Support Program team has reached a new CII/CPAR milestone

As part of our mission to support improvements in patient care, our PCN offers comprehensive CII/CPAR onboarding support as part of our Panel Support Program.

CII/CPAR is a provincial program that helps bridge the gap between a clinic’s EMR and Alberta Netcare to ensure continuity of care for patients.

Thanks to the collaboration between our members, Quality Improvement Consultant (QIC), and Health Information Coordinators (HICs), we are happy to share that over 70 per cent of eligible members are now live on CII/CPAR.

This is a critical step in facilitating the sharing of information between all providers in a patient’s circle of care. Thank you for working with us to reach this milestone.
