Netcare eReferral upgrade coming

An upgrade slated for this spring will create significant changes to Netcare eReferral:

• “Advice Requests” will become “eConsults.”
• “Consult Requests” will become “Referrals.”
• The user interface will have a new expandable section at the top with key referral information, and a new sidebar section will display referral information like Activity, Linked Referrals, and Attachment.
• Physicians or clinic staff referring on their behalf will be able to submit referrals to the FAST central access and intake program using a simplified search function.

Weekly training webinars on Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. are available that will review the changes for referring physicians and those referring on their behalf.
