Membership Check-in Survey results

From Sept. 6 to Oct. 31, 2022, we administered our annual Membership Check-in Survey to Enhanced and Comprehensive members in order to gather feedback on our Patient Medical Home (PMH) programs and teams.

The survey showed:

• There was an average satisfaction rate of 87 per cent across all PMH team roles.
• Sixty-eight per cent of respondents indicated they had a strong PMH.
• There was an overall average score of four out of five for Health Team Effectiveness.

Through analysis of members’ qualitative feedback, we have identified several areas for improvement.

We will be engaging members to co-develop solutions that:

• Build more awareness of how our programs, services, and teams positively impact patient care and support members
• Build relationships between physicians and their team members
• Provide members with regular patient care and PMH progress updates and panel information
• Help members meet their CPSA quality improvement standard of practice
