Happy holidays to end 2024

Dear colleagues,

As another year ends, I extend warm wishes to you and yours ahead of the holiday season and the new year on behalf of the Board of Directors. I hope you can take a brief pause to reflect on your own achievements — no matter how great or small.

From new programs to the ongoing support from all our PCN’s programs and services, I am pleased to look back on 2024 as a year of accomplishments. We acknowledge that there is still much to do as we continue to prepare for what will be new for primary care in 2025.

Thank you to everyone who will be working to support patients over the holidays at the Primary Care Centre. And once again, thank you for being a part of our PCN and your ongoing dedication to primary care.
