Dementia Advice line recording

Representatives from Health Link’s Dementia Advice line presented to our PCN’s team members in October to raise awareness of their service.

We are sharing the 20-minute recording with you as a more recent, complementary resource to our September 2022 community partner spotlight on the service.

The service also has a poster you could use to raise awareness.
