The AMA is hosting multiple Physician Practice Improvement Program (PPIP) support webinars in November for physicians.

Virtual Care Excellence: Understanding the Standards of Practice (a PPIP support session):

• Explores the CPSA Virtual Care Standard of Practice and assists in completion of an action plan for this PPIP activity
• Two dates to choose from:

Working Through Conflict: Mastering the Process (a PPIP support session):

• Explores interpersonal conflict management and assists in completion of a PPIP action plan
• Suitable for either a personal development or a practice-driven quality improvement PPIP activity

Beyond the Pizza Party: Steps for Growing a Health Team Culture (a PPIP support session):

• Explores strategies for supporting a healthy team culture and assists in completion of a PPIP action plan
• Suitable for a practice-driven quality improvement PPIP activity
