After-hours coverage update

For all members, our Access Appointment Service (which includes evening and weekend appointments and on-call physician) can provide you with coverage that meets the CPSA’s standard for after-hours care and emergency test results.

Alberta Precision Labs’ (APL) recent transition to Connect Care affected some members’ emergency test results coverage contact.

Working with APL, our Physicians Liaisons reached out to affected members with information and a necessary form to update their emergency test results coverage contact.

To meet the CPSA’s standard, you can use the information, instructions, and form curated onto one, updated document on cwcpcndocs.com to get set up if you are not already or if you were affected by the APL transition.
