2024 AGM follow-up: Board officers, committee members

The Board of Directors elected the officers of the Board at their Oct. 29 meeting, which began the 2024-25 Board year:

• Dr. Vincent Vong, Chair
• Dr. Amanda Wang, Vice-Chair
• Mr. Tim Rose, Treasurer

The Board also set committee representatives for five subcommittees, including re-appointing Dr. Sunny Dhoopar as a Committee Member at Large on the Member & External Relations Committee for a one-year term:

• Board Development Committee
• Board Policy & Human Resources Committee
• Finance, Audit, & Risk Committee
• Membership & External Relations Committee
• Joint Venture Governance Committee
