2023 AGM follow-up: Board officers, committee members

The Board of Directors determined new officers of the Board at their Oct. 24 meeting, which began the 2023-24 Board year:

• Dr. Vincent Vong, Chair
• Dr. Amanda Wang, Vice-Chair
• Mr. Tim Rose, Treasurer
• Dr. Nicola Chappell, Past-Chair

The Board also set committee representatives for five subcommittees, including appointing Dr. Sunny Dhoopar as a Committee Member at Large on the Member & External Relations Committee for a one-year term:

• Board Development Committee
• Board Policy & Human Resources Committee
• Finance, Audit, & Risk Committee
• Membership & External Relations Committee
• Joint Venture Governance Committee
