June 10: Chronic Pain ECHO Series — Managing Chronic Pain in Patients with Opioid Use Disorder

Presented by the Alberta College of Family Physicians and South Zone PCN, the ECHO program is a case-based webinar series for family doctors and interdisciplinary team members interested in improving the care they provide to people with pain. The series will feature didactic presentations as well as anonymized case presentations supported by a team of experts in the field.

After the Tuesday, June 10 session, Managing Chronic Pain in Patients with Opioid Use Disorder, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an approach to managing OUD and chronic pain
  • List tools and resources available to recognize OUD in patients on chronic opioid therapy
