Accessible RhoGAM/WinRho for your patients

With more births in the summer than in any other season, pregnancy and related health risks may be on your mind this July.

Our RhoGAM/WinRho referral service provides Rh-negative patients appointments for an injection within 24 hours during pregnancy, after a miscarriage, or post-partum.

All members can quickly refer:

1. Complete the simple RhoGAM/WinRho referral form (download the form from cwcpcndocs.com if you don’t have it)
2. Fax the completed form and necessary blood work or anti-body screen from within nine months of the referral to 403.258.2748

Referring to our program means:

• Minimal wait between referral and appointment (patients are seen at the Primary Care Centre within 24 hours, seven days a week)
• You’ll receive encounter notes by fax immediately after the appointment
• Your patient avoids a visit to the ER or urgent care for the injection
