Norma brings a broad range of expertise to her work,?serving members as an expert in the Alberta Schedule of Medical Benefits and fee-for-service billing.?She offers education and training sessions on the Schedule of Medical Benefits and WCB billing to residents, physicians, and physician office staff.
She has worked for each of the three major healthcare organizations in Alberta, spending most of her career with the AMA in various positions, including Manager of the AMA’s Fee Schedule work.
