Telus Health’s Collaborative Health Record (CHR) is an advanced, modern platform, and Petal is a robust scheduling platform. So we built this web page to share resources for both with members who take shifts at the Primary Care Centre.

CHR resources

• Three-hour recording of the compressed training session for physicians from July 2023

• Part 1 for physicians: Logging and basic navigation, the patient chart, recording encounters, and recording patient history (one-hour recording).

Petal login and app

You can log into the Petal web app through your browser at login.petal-health.com or get the mobile-friendly app for your device:

• Petal app for iOS on Apple’s App Store

Petal guides and support

Petal also has an online help centre where you can find videos and step-by-step instructions with images on how to:

• Add an absence or add multiple absences (set your availability as “Unavailable” or “Prefer not to work” for one shift or several shifts at once)
• Sync Petal with your calendar (Apple Calendar, Google Agenda, or Microsoft Outlook)
• Change your notification preferences
• Trade a shift or transfer a shift
• Offer or claim a shift on the marketplace
