This September, we launched a dedicated Physician Practice Improvement Program (PPIP) web page outlining the supports available to all members.

This web page contains:

• A PPIP support guide describing the CWC PCN supports available to you, along with external resources
• Action plan examples showcasing projects that would fulfill the requirements of each PPIP activity
• A Monday.com tutorial that can be used to learn how to use Monday.com and download project reports
