Enhancing engagement: Physiotherapy, communications, and more

Physician feedback and engagement are critical for our PCN’s work, and we are building on past efforts by:

• Interviewing members to expand on the spring survey results and help develop our physiotherapy services
• Improving engagement and communications based on member interviews and survey results
• Implementing a new Physician Engagement Framework and the Physician Engagement Consultant role

Currently ongoing, the physiotherapy-related interviews with our Physician Engagement Consultants are collecting more in-depth input from members to help answer questions around:

• Who these services could be available to?
• What are the expectations of the physiotherapy services?
• How do physicians envision collaborating with physiotherapists?

Your Physician Liaison will continue to gather day-to-day feedback, but to gain a comprehensive understanding of our members’ perspective, the Physician Engagement Consultants will:

• Design and implement qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to gather feedback
• Analyze and interpret the data and create reports with recommendations
